recent death from raw clams from China

    I am looking for more information or corroboration about what I believe is
    one death from illness caused by eating raw clams imported from China. The clams
    in question were mislabeled as "cooked" product. Does anyone know of an
    up to date database that tracks food illness fatalities, or has other
    informaton about this incident.
