I am helping a faculty member locate archival collections of restaurant menus, particulary those serving seafood. We've identified quite a few, including New York Public and several others (also using Archives USA). The interest is in United States restaurants, comparing the three coasts (Atlantic; Pacific; Gulf), with species being served, cost, and trends over time. In Archives USA we get 50+ hits using "restuarant", and not all of those of course have menu collection. Does your institution have such a collection, and/or, do you know of others that do? I suspect there are many more than what I have located in the conventional methods...
