Subject: LSU HACCP and SCP Courses
The registration for the training courses at Louisiana State University, =
SCP and basic HACCP for fish and fishery products (May 8-10, 2001), will =
be closed by 4.30 PM. (Central Time) on May 4, 2001. Applicants =
registering after May 3, 2001 will not be able to receive the manuals to =
use during the classes; however, we will mail the manuals to these =
applicants after the courses.
SCP class will be held at the Efferson Hall, Room 214 and HACCP will be =
held at the Nelson Memorial Hall. Registration is required on the first =
day of each class.
