An article in May 3rd The Daily Telegraph by science correspondent, David Derbyshire mentions a report in the British Journal of Cancer, which claims that cooked or raw fresh fish provides some protection against lung cancer.
According to the article Professor Toshiro Takezaki led the study at the Cancer Centre hospital in Aichi, Japan. The study states that people who ate the most fresh fish were only half as likely to develop lung cancer as those who ate the least. The effect of fresh fish was particularly strong against adenocarcinoma according to the article.

Has anyone of this list read the study or know anything more about it?

    Best Wishes,
    Yours sincerely,
    Richard
