I have a question. I am looking at a HACCP Auditing program for a potential client who manufactures ice cream and sorbet. The audit requires that company HACCP Plans be formatted according to either, the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) or UN/FAO Codex Alimentarius.
I understand that the Seafood Alliance HACCP training manual is based on NACMCF, but is it equivalent in terms of HACCP Plan format?
I would like to know where to access NACMCF HACCP format for developing and presenting HACCP Plans.
