Does anyone know of IQF fillets frozen at sea. I am unaware of it happening in the EU fisheries, all frozen at sea I know of is interleaved block. I recently came across some Pacific cod which was claimed to be FAS and it was IQF. There was no place of origin mentioned, I was suspicious and wanted to know whether there was any truth in the claim.
