Hi All
I am looking for the FDA regulations for Frozen Seafood. For example Fozen seafood dinners/ things like salmon in philo, crab cakes..(Packaging & Labeling) I am familiar with the regs to placement of nutrition panels/content claims, etc from a previous job at an organic food company.
Is there any things I should know that are specific to frozen seafood and frozen seafood dinners. Any packaging statements claims that can be made or any reference books/sites I can refer to?
