Can anybody tell me if there exists a generic haccp for processing
salmon roe to caviar.
Also if there is any new methods for separation of eggs from membrane in
immature egg sacs. By immature,I mean, egg diameter more than 3.5mm .
I have read about enzyme action to release eggs but cannot find
conclusive evidence
