We (The NMFS Office of Industry and Trade) have been getting a lot of calls lately on how to get to the EU Official Journal Web site so, that people can access the amended Seafood Certificates forms. These are normally issued by NMFS and FDA . The EU Web site down loads of the documents are for informational use only. You should continue to obtain the Offical documentation from the appropriate NMFS and FDA officials that you have always used. Old certificates are still valid until early March 2001 as long as they have been validated by the appropriate U.S. authority. A note: These are official-use documents and only become official when they are signed by an appropriate FDA or NMFS official. In addition, NMFS documents have a raised official seal.
