We translated (English to Spanish) the Third edition of FPI's "HACCP. A Systematic
Approach to Food Safety". On that book you can find the following regs. in Spanish:
CFR Title 9, Parts 416 and 417 (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Systems -
USDA/FSIS).
CFR Title 21, Part 123 (FDA Seafood HACCP Regs).
There is also a Side-by-side comparision between both regs.
