Today is the last day to avoid late registration fees for the "Oregon Better
Process Control School". Cost is $450 or $525 after today. This or a similar
FDA approved course is required of those wishing to supervise production of
low-acid or acidified foods in the USA. Examinations will be given for each
section and are standardized by the Food Processors Institute.
