We are seeking one or two new graduate students with an interest in
shellfish and finfish safety/processing to work on a research project
involving high pressure treatment of seafood at the University of
Washington in Seattle, Washington. Desired educational background
includes an undergraduate or masters degree in either microbiology, food
science, or biology. Research experience may substitute for formal
education.
