1. Size of the "spot" is about 1 cm diameter;
2. We usually find one spot per fillet;
3. Spot is located in the internal part of the fillet (towards coelomatic
cavity) in the area between the head and the dorsal fin;
4. We find it in fresh fish;
5. No idea about what happens after processing since we sell fresh fish.
