Dear members,
We are doing cuttle fish processing. While doing whole clean production, we are getting yellow spot formation, and some pieces are pinkcolour. i would like to know why this yellow spot and pink colour is forming. is it due to microbial or biochemical or some other falt.
Is there any chemical to prevent this and how to remove this.
Does anybody have any idea about what these spots are and what are they
related to?
