Does anyone out there have sources for fish quality identification systems other than the Torry Scoring system? By this I do not mean the grading system used on the ports but any system that could be used in product specifications.
I have the Tasmanian FRU modified organolpetic system from the 1980s.
I am aware that there are moves afoot in the EU to put in place a common quality system. I have not seen anything published on it yet and I had heard that it was stalled.
