Fish shrinkage?

    Can anyone direct me to papers on the shrinkage (total length) of whole
    fish after harvest and being packed in ice? Is there a difference in
    pre-rigor, rigor and post rigor? The fish in question are spanish
    mackeral. Thanks for any help.
