    Hi Paula
    In our case, to start to work with a new supplier, we must have analysis
    TMI (Time, Minimun, inhibitory) with some m.o. like coliforms acording to
    you use this test is to 1, 5 and 10 minutes (use suggest concentration),
    then we know what is its action time, if the result is conform to its use,
    we can start to work. Like second step, we checked its application correct
    with microbiologic analysis of coliform total and coliform fecal every
    three months of hands, tables, etc.
