I met him at a seminar in Chicago about three years ago, with FDA & NMFS at industry conference on MAP. Seemed to have
    viable time-temperature solutions.

Please let me know how you do.

      Dear listers,

We are searching for a temperature monitoring device to attach to finished product packaging, for a retail product.
The device should indicate cumulative exposure above 38deg F for 14, 17, and 21 days.
We hope to find such a device that is small, easy to activate, and relatively inexpensive.

      Any ideas?
      Thanks!
