    Now you too can attend the

    TWENTIETH ANNUAL NORTHWEST FOOD SANITATION WORKSHOP AND EXHIBIT SHOW!

    After years of sold out seating, the program has expanded their classroom
    and program facilities to accommodate about 90 more registrations of
    management and sanitation employees.

    Late registration fees have been waived. The program "The Focus IS
    Sanitation", held October 24-25, 2000 at the Sheraton Airport Hotel in
    Portland Oregon, features the latest developments in sanitation, safety,
    laboratory, and food quality equipment and services. The program is a
    combination of General Sessions and repeated Concurrent Workshops. Topics
    range from "Liability, Sanitation, and Food Safety" to "Microbiology 101" to
    "Effective Allergen Control Programs".
