On top of the information suggested by Richard Stier and Ken Hilderbrand might I suggest that you consider the 18 volumes (specifically from volume 7 onwards) published by the European Hygienic Equipment Design Group (EHEDG). You should be able to obtain these from the CCFRA at www.capden.co.uk .
