    U. S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY has published a Federal
    Register Notice On:

      1. REVIEW OF AQUACULTURE EFFLUENTS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLEAN WATER
         ACT
      2. EPA HAS ALSO DRAFTED A QUESTIONNAIRE TO IMPLEMENT THIS PROCESS.

    THE FEDERAL REGISTER STATES THAT COMMENTS ON THE PROCESS AND
    QUESTIONNAIRE CAN BE MADE TO EPA UNTIL NOVEMBER 13, 2000

    The Office of Industry and Trade has converted these documents to web
    formats and placed them on our web page under the what's new button to
    assist you with the comment process. Direct links to the web versions

    The questionnaire information is provided in a scanned PDF file
    format. PDF File viewing may not be as readable in viewing as hard copy
    printout, depending on the individual viewer's browser and system
    setup. I have broken down the questionnaire in to several PDF files to
    speed the down load process.

    These web document postings are informational tools only. They are
