Every now and then this listserv gets inquiries on seafood waste
management issues.
Ken Hilderbrand (Seafood Processing Specialist, Oregon State University)
frequently provides me with helpful technical leads for updating the
Seafood Network Information Center website. Based on a number of
excellent related links that Ken provided today, I added a new site,
Seafood Waste Management, http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/pubs/waste.htm on our
server. A summary of the waste management sites are listed below. [Ken,
thanks for your continued contributions!]
The amount of quality seafood information on the Internet is overwhelming
and at times difficult to keep track of. As your organization adds
seafood technical information, regulations, etc. to your web site, or if
you come across sites that you think are appropriate for the Seafood
Network Information Center, please e-mail the link to me. I appreciate
your help!
