I have a litlle problem with my product, fresh scallop (Nodipecten nodosus) with 9 cm diameter.
I have tha animals, but I don't have the consumers. My question is:
There are a kind of process to preserve the scallop (freeze, smoke, only meat), the method must be as cheap as possible.
