    Dear members,

Actually a mussel processor realise declumping operation on Mytulus edulis.
After this operation, there is 15 % of the mussels that have the broken
shell. I would like to know if there is different types of declumper on
the market and which one is the best ? Is it possible that the problem
depends of the culture way and all biologic aspects ?

Thank you in advance for your help ?
