Oysters
Does anyone know if there are any published data on the quality over time of
stored frozen Oysters?
Theoretical or actual sensory / colour attributes for storage of frozen
Oysters at a range of temperatures, -18C to -50C, for a range of times
(months to years).
How does glaze effect the shelf life.
