I am afraid that most of references on iodine in fish may be going back to
the thirties. However, I do not have them handy. I can only tell you that
the typical range for iodine in marine products is 0.01-0.2 mg/100g and Kidd
et al. (1974) reported that cod contained 0.1 mg and canned tuna 0.02 mg/100
g of iodine respectively.
