    Dear colleagues,
I'm looking for a method in measuring the quantity of biogenic amines in
smoked and canned fishes. The method I used was that one published in
Journal of Aquatic Food Products Technology, Vol.8 (3), 1999., with the
tittle "Validation of Liquid Chromatography Analysis of Biogenic Amines in
Canned Fish Products", by J. E. Valls, R. A. Bello and M. S. Kodaira. The
method for LOD (Limit of Detection) and LOQ (Limit of Quantification) the
authors used, was according to that described by Quattrocchi et al. (1992)
and that's the method I'm looking for.
I would appreciated any help on that.

    Thank you in advance,
    Constantine N. Eliades
