Greetings -- I am a contractor to the Alaska Seafood Marketing
Institute, assigned to prepare and deliver a half-day course in
proper handling of fresh, live, and frozen seafood. The course
will address the basics -- keep it cold, keep it clean, keep it
moving. The audience is both shippers and carriers, in Seattle,
Anchorage, and several other Alaska coastal communities (Kodiak,
Cordova, Juneau, etc.). I am seeking to borrow or use (with or
without modification) training materials -- 35mm slides, diagrams,
flowcharts, videos, etc. I am _not_ looking to buy or rent. If
you have any materials to give or loan to ASMI, or if you have
