Thank you for your reply. I would like to find as much documentation as I
possibly can on the reasoning behind the FDA decision to allow YPS as an anti
caking agent especially in light of the USDA report I cited last week. The
deeper I delve into this matter the more concerned I become. To date I have
found no regulatory data or completed studies only assumptions.
