I have received many "educated" explanations for the finding of "jelly" in
Sea Bass caught in the South Atlantic. The species is Dissostichus
eleginoides and marketed as Chilean Sea Bass. Could someone please give me an
accurate explanation or direct me to where I can find something published on
    this issue.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
