    As far as I know, the Codex Standard for Quick Frozen Shrimps and Prawns CX
    STAN 92 was revised in 1995, including a addition to the paragraph 7.3.2
    related to the Determination of Net Weight of Products Covered by Glaze .

    Please find attached two full texts referring to the request from Hervé
    Lucien-Brun which provide first elements of answer.
