I am looking for the Codex Stan for Frozen shrimp block Head On and/or Head
Less, and more especially the official or recommended method for
determination of net content of shrimp blocks covered by glaze or not.
I was looking for it on the Codex Alimentarius web site
(http://www.fao.org/waicent/faoinfo/economic/esn/CODEX/Default.htm) where I
find a lot but nothing about frozen shrimps. I would appreciate very much
if somebody could help me with some informations.
