Hi, members. I am a small scallop farmer, and I have some questions. If somebody could help me, thanks a lot.
1.How long scallop still fresh, after been harvested of the sea? And how could I keep them during more time fresh or alive? Maybe like oyster that are keeped fresh for 5 day refrigerated at 8-10 degrees?
