I will be in Singapore for a few days next month on my way to Australia. I would very much like to visit the wholesale fish markets there. From the WWW I have found the Jurong Fish market and the Senoko Fish Market in Singapore. I would like to know if these markets are open to the public and their hours of operation. Any insights into the Singapore seafood industry would be of interest. I believe Singapore is an important centre for shark fin and fish, cuttlefish and squid balls.
