Dear Colleagues:
I have made design sketches back in 1986, which
were not made public on an ideal fish box, with the following
characteristics(almost),
it has a drain
it can be stacked
it can be nested
it is made of strong material
it is easily cleaned
it has good insulation
it is light weight
(it should be cheap)
Characteristics as described by
Clucas, IJ and PJ Sutcliffe, 1981. An introduction to fish handling and
processing. Tropical Products Institute Pub, London, UK. 85p and
Kamari, A. and JCA Sayers,1979. Returnable fish containers in the ASEAN
countries. ASEAM Pub. AEC Food Handling Proj, Materials Handling Bureau,
Sydney Austraslia, 171 pp.
I would like to inquire if anyone has similar work or initiatives,
referral to any manufacturer who is already producing it, or anybody who
will be interested in collaborative work pursuing the design to
commercially available box.
Thank you all for your attention.
Best regards,
Jose
