and manuals, etc. Also you'll find info. on upcoming training and
events that affect industry.
Note that I have put in a link to the Seafood Mailing List on the
"Links" page. The combined expertise of all you "listers" makes this
mailing list a valuable resource to processors - they can pose questions
and get answers to almost any technical question on seafood processing,
quality, safety, regulation, etc.
