Andrew,
Access to individual country regulations is not a hard job. You will
have to buy the information in that country, although e.g. NEW Dutch
regulations are on line (in Dutch only). That's why there are
consultants like me ;-) .... I don't know about other EU countries.
Remember that Food Law within the EU is for the greater part
harmonized.
