    Hi Oskar,

            I am glad that you asked. I would also be interested.

            Of course we both know that "zero tolerance" is a statistical
    term, and that there is a reasonable chance that a batch with a low
    concentration of the target bacteria will be found to have "zero
    bacteria." I have my students calculate those probabilities each
    time I teach food microbiology.
