If you are planning to attend the Pacific Fisheries Technologist meeting,
March 26-29, 2000, in Ketchikan, Alaska you will need to mention that you
are with the PFT group to get reduced rates when you make your air and
    lodging reservations.

The PFT website is at: http://seafood.ucdavis.edu/events/pft.htm

Rooms are still avilable at the Westmark Cape Fox Lodge.

Updated airline information is listed below (and on the web):

Ketchikan is served by Alaska Airlines jet from Seattle and Anchorage.
Alaska Airlines has agreed to a 5% discount on any ticket (except the
promotional companion fare) to and from the PFT meeting. To obtain this
special rate, provide the CMR number of 4066 and mention that you are with
the Pacific Fisheries Technologists group at the time that you book your
flight with the Alaska Airlines group meeting desk (phone: 1-800/445-4435,
8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday). For each 25 tickets that use CMR 4066, we
will be given one free ticket. Any free tickets we receive will be
awarded to students making presentations at the meeting. If you use CMR
4066, please provide Don Kramer (e-mail: afdek@uaa.alaska.edu) your name
    and ticket number.
