Mike, what do you want to know?
If you want general background stuff, the literature is full of information
on the subject. Search SeafoodNIC <seafood.ucdavis.edu> for "parasites" and
for "nematodes" and you'll find some. My file of information on parasites is
6 inches thick. John French, formerly at Un. of Alaska, and still active on
this "seafood list" has recently studied the subject to regards to
mechanical means to remove them.

Can anyone help or suggest site for information on parasites/nematodes
in the flesh and liver of Pacific Cod and Alaskan Pollock.
Thanks,
Mike McGee.
