Does anyone know where I can obtain information comparing nutritional and
sensory characteristics of different shrimp species, particularly Penaeus
setiferus (white shrimp) harvested from the South Atlantic and pond-raised
varieties like P. vannamei, P. monodon, and P. chinensis?
