Hi Everyone,
I would agree with Juan. Live, farm-raised catfish is a hot
item in the Asian markets here in California. The very mention of
catfish makes people hungry!
The Cantonese name for catfish is "Tong Sutt." But I don't
know how well that name would go over in Europe!
