Anna, in the USA the tolerance for L. monocytogenes in cooked RTE products
is zero. For fresh raw or frozen raw I believe there is no specific guidance
(or limit?) but perhaps someone will tell you something else. There is
guidance for total APC in raw products.

Subject: Guidance/tolerance for Listeria in catfish
Does anyone have any information on the guidance/tolerance level for
Listeria or L. monocytogenes in raw, frozen or cooked ready-to-eat
catfish products?
I would appreciate any information ASAP.
