Full Time Position
Location: Berkeley or Davis, California
The Position
Stillwater Sciences seeks a highly motivated mid-level botanist or plant
ecologist to provide support for our offices in California (Davis, Arcata,
and Berkeley) and Washington (Seattle). This position will fill a key role
in our interdisciplinary team of fisheries and wildlife biologists,
ecologists, and geomorphologists. Responsibilities will include surveys
for special-status plant species and noxious weeds; performing habitat
evaluations and vegetation surveys; and participating in interdisciplinary
teams for watershed assessment, resource inventory, impact analysis, and
natural resource management planning projects, among others. Requires BS
or MS in Botany, Plant Ecology or related field.
