testing and developing new chocolate products and recipes? Wouldn't it be
exciting to develop new menu items, and oversee TV ad production for a 538-
unit pizza chain? A career in translating clinical nutrition science for
the public? Want to marry art and science to create products such as
Starbucks Frappacino, Boca Burgers or Orville's Popcorn? Ever wonder about
a typical day in the life of a technical sales representative who liaisons
between R&D and manufacturing selling ingredients to food service and
industrial manufactures? Come dream and hear five accomplished
professionals discuss the choices they have made and where it has led them.
A panel of distinguished members will explain what skills, education, and
personality traits assisted them in their career path and enabled them to
achieve professional success.
