Good News for Students Applying to Dietetic Internships!
You now have another local choice -- The UCDMC DI program has received
approval by the American Dietetic Association credentialing body (CADE) as
a developmentally accredited program. (This is always the first step for a
new program).
The UCDMC DI program will be accepting applications for its first class of
interns. The deadline is Feb 14, and they will participate in the computer
matching process. The ID number to use for D & D matching is
190. Attached is a brochure describing the program which includes
questions to be addressed in the applicant's personal statement. A website
will be activated in the next week -- it will be found
at: www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/ucdhs/index.html click on education and
there will be a link to the Dietetic Internship program.
