Diet Technician at UCSF Medical Center
We have a 10% dietetic technician position available at UCSF Medical
Center. The position requires a BS in nutrition or senior year in nutrition
program. It's a 10% position but often is more than that to cover for
vacation and sick leaves. The applicant needs to be available on the
weekends and preferred some week days to cover for vacations. The job
entails correcting special menus, screening patients for nutritional
risk, working closely with the RD and liaison between the kitchen and the
patients.
It's a great opportunity to gain experience, which is important when
applying for internships. Please share this with opportunity with your
