Hello,
The Sacramento County Health Dept. Nutrition program is looking for
volulnteers who would be willing to help out 1 day during the week of Nov.
13 to administer health & nutrition surveys to clients at health clinic
sites throughout the county. Approx. 1+ hr would be needed for training at
a time TBA. Then you would be asked to work a 3-4 hour shift on 1 day
during the week of Nov. 13. Duties would be: help set up the table with
brochures, etc.; give a very brief scripted introduction to the clinic
clients about the survey procedures; the survey will be self-administered
but you would assist in answering questions.
