The director of the Sacramento Senior Nutrition Program has announced that
she has two paid positions open for Nutrition Assistants.
There would be a minimum of 20 hours per week, could be more, would be
ongoing into the fall.
Job responsibilities would include:
nutrition education at senior sites
food safety & sanitation training for site employees & volunteers
menu planning
menu analysis using Nutritionist 5

procedure. There are minimum requirements which include completion of
undergraduate nutrition courses and community service experience.
