    Summer Food Service Internship (PAID)

    Spend the summer in the mountains! Camp Ronald McDonald at Eagle Lake will
    have 5 openings for paid food service management internships that will
    provide a unique FSM experience. Work with special populations of children
    and enjoy Lassen National Forest while you gain valuable experience.

    Minimum qualifications:
        * 18 yrs or older
        * student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate nutrition program
        * experience and/or knowledge institutional food service setting;
    camping experience desirable
        * experience and/or knowledge of menu planning, food safety and food
    preparation
    Dates: June 1-Aug 19 2004
    Stipend: $900/month + meals and housing
